You see one assistant response at a time — nothing about which wording or which model produced it. Read it, pick the single tier that matches the response's primary recommendation, set the flags, move on. Codings save in this browser as you click and leave it only when you export the file at the end. The exported file becomes part of the study when it is committed to the engine repository; the coder's name travels with every judgment. Current coding is by the study owner, disclosed as such; clinician coders will use this same instrument.
